The new couch arrives Saturday and the old one is still in the living room. We carry it out — from any room, up or down the stairs — and haul it away, usually within a day or two.
Sofas, sectionals, sleeper sofas, recliners, dining sets, dressers, bed frames, desks, bookcases, entertainment centers and office chairs. If it's too big to fit through the door in one piece, we take it apart.
Any size, any condition. Mattresses are one of the most common single-item pickups in Schertz, and they don't fit in a city cart.
Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, water heaters and window AC units. Metal appliances go to scrap recycling whenever possible.
Treadmills, ellipticals, weight benches, pianos (ask first), pool tables, grills and patio furniture.
If something is still in good shape, tell us when you book. Usable pieces can go to donation instead of the landfill.
| Item | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Single item (couch, recliner, dresser) | about $75–$100 |
| Mattress or mattress + box spring | about $75–$100 |
| Refrigerator, washer, dryer or stove | about $75–$125 |
| Sectional or sleeper sofa | about $125–$175 |
| Several items together | priced by truck space, often cheaper per item |
Typical Schertz-area prices. Stairs, very heavy items and refrigerant-containing appliances can change the quote; you'll know before we load.
The city's curbside bulk pickup works for some items, but it runs on a set schedule, has size and item limits, and you still have to get everything to the curb yourself. We come when it suits you and carry it out from inside.
If you're clearing a whole room, garage or house, a cleanout priced by truck space is usually the better deal. See the junk removal cost guide for load sizes, or go back to our main junk removal in Schertz page.
Text a photo of what needs to go, or tell us roughly how much there is. We'll send an upfront price and the next open pickup time.
